Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and offer a 30-day return/exchange policy. (You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it.

To start a return, please contact us.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


If you receive a photograph and decide it doesn’t match your tastes or meet your expectations within 30 days, we will work with you to exchange the photograph. Please contact us.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If all of your original purchase is included in your return package, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 2-7 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please refuse delivery if the package is damaged to the extent that it’s likely to have damaged the contents.
