Windswept Gulf At Twilight

This photograph was taken at twilight along the Gulf of Mexico. I used a low-rise seawall for a tripod during this 0.8sec exposure. Exposures of this duration are my preferred ones, as they seem to capture the movement of the water while preserving some details. The photograph has a rather dreamy effect. The rather large wave crashing against the piers serves as the subject, adding necessary drama and interest to the scene.
