FAQ
Editions and Sizing
What Is A Limited Edition?
Each Limited Edition photograph has a limited number of editions available in each size. You can find the edition sizes listed in the description of each photograph. If you have questions about the number of editions remaining, feel free to contact us. We are happy to help.
The prices for the photographs may vary depending on the photograph size and the number of editions remaining. As the editions sell and fewer remain, the price may increase.
Are Some Photographs Open Editions?
To make some photographs continuously available at an accessible price point, Greg has released some of the photographs without a set limit on the edition size.
What Are The Sizes?
You can find the dimensions for each of the sizes available under the pricing information on the product page in the online shop. Keep in mind that the dimensions listed are just the image size and don’t include the white border where Greg titles and signs the photograph.
⚠️ Please see Print/Framed Photo Details & Options for more details and information.
Please don't hesitate to contact us if you'd like to order an image in a smaller, larger, or custom size or a different ratio. We're happy to check whether that photo can be resized and/or cropped to meet your needs and provide pricing.
How big of a print or framed photograph should I order?
Experienced interior designers recognize that art often needs to be larger than the client anticipates. For instance, a 16"h x 24"w print that appears impressive on your screen may seem insignificant when displayed on a 9-foot wall. Here are some general guidelines:
- Above a sofa, art should occupy 50-75% of the sofa's width.
- Above a fireplace, art should fill the mantel space, leaving 6-12 inches of clearance on each side.
- On an accent wall, a single large piece (at least 30"h x 45"w inches) creates a more impactful visual effect compared to multiple smaller pieces.
- In a hallway, vertical orientations of art should be scaled to the ceiling height.
Do you have any installation recommendations?
Yes, we recommend the following:
- The museum standard is to center the artwork on each wall at 57-60 inches from the floor.
- Ensure there's at least 6-8 inches of space between the bottom of the artwork and the top of any furniture below.
- When displaying multiple pieces, consider them as a single unit and center the group on the wall.
- Use LED lighting at a 30-degree angle to minimize glare.
