It was a lazy summer in Enosburg Falls, VT, when I saw a hammock hanging between two giant trees in front of this old farmhouse. As is typical, taking the photo was the easy part. It looked different from the final image you see here. An adventure in post-production added the dogs. The blur was intentional to give the impression of movement. Color was added, resulting in the final image seeming more like a painting than a photograph.
