Some days you find the composition but other things do not cooperate. Such was the case here. It was a cloudy and colorless day which did nothing than totally detract from the potential photograph Not to be deterred, I decided to do something different. Take the composition and turn it into something else. As I often do, I use various software to get ideas of what is possible. I started with silhouetting the image. The colors were inverted and lights were added to the otherwise dark lamps. The resultant image is not what I saw. It is composited from three other photographs. I often use compositing as way to turn something ordinary into something worthwhile and interesting. Often times more interesting than a straight-forward photograph of the actual scene.

Greg personally prints all paper prints and meticulously inspects every photographic print, as well as all direct or metal prints, before they are shipped. In an effort to allow Greg plenty of “shooting” time, he schedules a limited number of printing and shipping days each month but most orders will ship within 7-14 days after receiving payment. Framed prints, direct prints on glass, acrylic, wood, or metal, and custom prints may require more time.
