This is a photograph of the trains filling the MTA Rail Yards in the Hudson Yards section of NYC. My attention was captured initially by the lights reflecting off the trains. There is a very high chain link fence which surrounded the entire perimeter which posed a challenge but, not to be deterred, I took the photograph through the fence in any case. I was surprised by the result thinking that the fence would detract from the photo more than it did. Rather it adds to the story and helps complete the scene.
